Ring the number below and you will get an engineer. If nobody picks up because we are elbow-deep in something, leave a message and we will come back to you. That is a real promise, not a queue position.
For anything urgent outside office hours, the same number routes to the on-call engineer. Critical issues are covered round the clock.

Reporting a cyber incident
If you are in the middle of a suspected ransomware or phishing incident, ring rather than email, because email may not be reaching you. Do not turn machines off unless you have been told to, as it destroys the evidence needed to work out what happened.
If you are not a Partner yet, ring anyway. We will tell you who to contact and what to do in the next hour, and we will not invoice you for the phone call.
